They have a rigorous and methodical approach to market analysis, and the identification and pre-selection of potential candidates. They are skilled in handling even the most unusual profiles, at national as well as international level, whatever the job description.
Our objective for each assignment is satisfaction for our client and for our candidates. To achieve this, we allocate a totally dedicated and personalised team composed of Consultant and Researcher. This team is involved in the analysis of the position and its background, the writing of the profile and job description and calculating a recommended salary level. It’s up to this team to decide how the recruitment will be carried out. The Consultant keeps the company informed of the steps for candidate selection and follow up after recruitment.
